Description:

If you’ve ever thought about learning guitar or have even begun to teach yourself a bit here and there, this is the class for you! Perfect for beginners, this class will survey a variety of guitar styles including pop, blues, jazz, and classical. You’ll be exposed to the basics of guitar playing, learning techniques relevant to playing in a range of musical styles. Over the course, you’ll choose a piece or style to focus on that you’ll perform for family and friends in the final class session. This class is the perfect way to get an idea of the versatility and musical range of the guitar!
