Hall Rentals

Little Mission Studio rents out its two performance halls.

Rentals are only permitted for musical, non-ticketed events (ex. rehearsals, student recitals). Preferences given to non-profit organizations & fellow educators. Renters may not teach or charge for any service. For info on renting Practice Rooms, visit this page.

Non-Exclusive rates mean other things may be scheduled at LMS during your rental period (good for a rehearsal). Exclusive rates mean nothing else will be scheduled at LMS during your rental period (good for a student recital). Our two halls:

Main Hall

  • Size: Approximately 20′ x 20′
  • Piano: Ritmüller 5’10” Baby Grand Piano
    • Optional Additional Piano: Kayserburg Professional Upright
  • Capacity: 40 people
  • Rates:
    • Non-Exclusive: $60/hour
    • Exclusive: $120/hour
    • One hour minimum, booked in 30 minute increments for longer rentals
  • Main Hall with Chairs
  • Chamber Music in our Main Hall

New Hall

  • Size: Approximately 35′ x 75′
  • Piano: Ritmüller 6’3″ Baby Grand Piano
    • Optional Additional Piano: Baldwin 6’3″ Baby Grand Piano
  • Capacity: 80 People
  • Rates:
    • Non-Exclusive: $110/hour
    • Exclusive: $250/hour
    • One hour minimum, booked in 30 minute increments for longer rentals
  • Kids Concert in our New Hall
  • Orchestra Rehearsal in our New Hall

All Rentals Include:

  • One Piano
  • Wenger Musician Chairs (Up to 60)
  • Wenger Music Stands (Up to 60)
  • Additional Seating (Folding Chairs, Up to 46)
  • New Hall only: Use of sound system for audio playback and projector with HDMI and Chromecast.

Exclusive Rentals Also Include:

  • Folding Reception Tables (Up to 3). Tables are 6 feet (72 inches) long and 2.5 feet (30 inches) wide. Tablecloths are not provided.
  • Main Hall:
    • 2 Additional Warm-Up/Green Rooms
    • Use of Waiting Area for Reception Space
  • New Hall:
    • 3 Additional Warm-Up/Green Rooms

Fees listed are for entire rental period, not by-the-hour.
