Little Mission Singers: Kids’ Class

Winter/Spring 2022

Description:

Little Mission Singers is our kid-spinoff of our adult singing group, the Little Mission Chorus! This young singing group will immerse themselves in a variety of musical genres including pop, musical theatre, classical, indie, and more! Varied song selection, including our own arrangements, will excite young singers while furthering each student’s musical development. Each child will shine and develop their appreciation for music while becoming more confident in their own singing abilities! Friends and family can experience their young singers’ hard work at the final performance!

Safety Protocols:

In order to have safe and productive rehearsals, we’re requiring all Little Mission Singers to be vaccinated. You will be asked to email us a scan/photo of your child’s vaccination card before the first rehearsal. Masks required in accordance with the most up-to-date local guidance from San Francisco DPH. Final Performance:

Session 16 is the Final Performance and will be combined with Little Mission Jam Band and Little Mission Guitar Ensembles. Friends and family welcome!

New! We’re now offering our Ensemble Classes with tuition as pay-by-donation for everyone! This is our way of offering financial assistance to those who may need it with no questions asked. If possible, donating full class tuition helps keep us running as a small, independent, arts institution, as well as helps to offset tuition for anyone financially impacted by Covid-19. Thank you!

Note: You may edit the amount you’d like to pay for tuition when you enroll directly in the enrollment form. Minimum donation amount of $100 per class, which is non-refundable.

The ensemble is limited to 20 students.

Ages:

This class is appropriate for children in Grades 2 through 9.

Materials:

Students should have for each session: a pencil, a 3-ring binder for music, and a re-fillable water bottle.
